Loads to see and explore
Our museum is packed full of exhibits and displays that tell the story of the people of Wymondham and Norfolk.
The eclectic collection is housed in The Bridewell, a nationally important building that redefined how prisoners should be incarcerated.
Our exhibits are displayed in the rooms once occupied by the prison, the courthouse and the police station and visitors can also step into the dungeons underneath the cells.
The museum hosts a series a themed displays that explain aspects of the life and times of the people of Wymondham
Each season, the museum hosts special displays that tell the story of specific events or focus on the lives or work of the people of Wymondham.
